Our Policy

All sales on Easitune are final.

Because our products are digital and can be fully previewed before purchase, we do not offer refunds once a song has been generated and delivered.

Why No Refunds?

Before you buy, you can:

• Preview your song: Listen to 30 seconds (short songs) or 60 seconds (full songs) before purchasing
• Customise everything: Design your digital card, lyrics display, and all extras before checkout
• Hear the final result: Your complete song is played back before payment

If you've previewed your song and proceeded to purchase, we consider this confirmation that you're happy with what you're getting.

Technical Issues

If something genuinely goes wrong - your song fails to generate, files won't download, or there's a technical error on our end - we'll make it right.

Contact us within 14 days at hello@easitune.com with:

• Your order details
• A description of the problem
• Any error messages you received

We'll either fix the issue or provide a full refund at our discretion.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your Easitune membership at any time.

• You'll keep access to all member benefits until the end of your current billing period
• We don't provide partial refunds for unused subscription time
• Any songs or content you've created remain yours

Add-Ons & Upgrades

Once processing begins on add-ons like voice cloning, animated avatars, or video creation, refunds are not available. These involve immediate use of third-party services on your behalf.
