Using Easitune
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Easitune. If you are between 13 and 16 years old, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use our services.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. Don't share your password. Let us know immediately if you think someone else has accessed your account.
Acceptable Use
When creating songs on Easitune, you agree not to:
- Create content containing hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
- Impersonate real artists, celebrities, or public figures
- Create explicit sexual content
- Create content promoting violence or illegal activity
- Infringe on others' copyright (using existing lyrics, melodies, or protected content)
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove content at our discretion.
Your Songs & Ownership
You Own Your Songs
Songs you create on Easitune belong to you. You retain full ownership of all original songs generated through our platform.
The Easitune Vault
If you choose to add your song to the Easitune Vault, you grant a non-exclusive license allowing artists to create cover versions of your song. You retain full ownership of your original song. Revenue from covers is split between the covering artist (50%), you (25%), and Easitune (25%).
Adding songs to the Vault is entirely optional. You can remove your song from the Vault at any time, though existing licenses for covers already created will remain valid.
How We Use Content
We do not use your songs for marketing without your explicit permission. We may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve our services.
Payments & Refunds
Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes won't affect orders already placed.
Digital Products
All sales are final. Because our products are digital and can be fully previewed before purchase, we do not offer refunds once a song has been generated and delivered.
If you experience a technical issue where your song fails to generate properly, contact us at hello@easitune.com within 14 days. We will either resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You will retain access to member benefits until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription time.
Intellectual Property
Our Content
The Easitune name, logo, mascots (Chirpy, Notey, and Tuney), website design, and underlying technology are owned by Easipeasy Limited. You may not copy, modify, or use these without our permission.
Third-Party Services
Our service uses third-party providers including ElevenLabs for voice generation and Stripe for payments. Your use of these services through Easitune is also subject to their respective terms.
Limitation of Liability
Easitune is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to ensure reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easipeasy Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Easitune.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of Easitune after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
