By default, memorial pages are unlisted — they don't appear in search engines, and only people with the link can find them. You can also add a password during setup if you'd like an extra layer of privacy.

Yes, contributor links work without any sign-up. Family and friends can add their own messages, photos, or even create their own tribute songs that appear on the memorial page — you stay in control as the page owner and can review anything before it goes live.
Every song comes with a downloadable audio track. You then choose ONE on-screen format at the time you create the song — either a karaoke player with synced lyrics on a beautiful animated background, OR a photo music video with your own photos and synced lyrics. Both visual formats are available in widescreen and mobile sizes. Every package also includes your own permanent shareable memorial page.
Most songs are ready within minutes. If you have an urgent timeline — a funeral or memorial service in the next day or two — please email us at hello@easitune.com as soon as you've placed your order, and we'll prioritise your songs.
Each song is custom-generated specifically for your loved one, so we can't offer refunds once songs have been created. If you've placed an order but no songs have been generated yet, contact us at hello@easitune.com within 24 hours and we'll cancel and refund you in full. If you're not happy with how a specific song turned out, we'll regenerate it for you with the same love and attention as the original.
The memorial page works on any phone, tablet, or computer with an internet connection — no app to download, no account needed, no sign-in. Anyone with the link or QR code can tap and play.
